Greenwich Hospital’s Circle of Hope Program for Nurses, a groundbreaking program developed at Greenwich Hospital by Rabbi Mary Jane Newman, works to create new “frames” of support and community as we address the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic. Specifically geared to supporting nurse caregivers on the frontlines of the pandemic, the ultimate goal is to help all of us adjust to these radically different life experiences, and to heal the trauma associated with this psychological and spiritual dislocation.
