GH Doctors Inspire Rwandan Scholars

Francine LeFrak, friend of Greenwich Hospital and visionary philanthropist, invited Greenwich Hospital’s Drs. Sandra Wainwright and Juliet Mushi to speak with Rwandan students studying in the United States as part of the Francine LeFrak Foundation’s Same Sky program — Bridge2Rwanda.

The program’s scholars, who are given the opportunity to attend U.S. universities through the foundation, return back to their country as change agents for the future.

As leaders within their fields, Greenwich Hospital Drs. Mushi and Wainwright shared their fascinating professional paths within maternal-fetal medicine, critical care and hyperbaric healing and wound care.

Their experiences and insights sparked wonderful conversation with the 32 scholars. Thank you to Same Sky for providing this inspiring forum to connect leaders at Greenwich Hospital with such bright and inquiring young minds.
