Get Involved

All donors are heroes at Greenwich Hospital. They contribute much needed financial resources, but also their time and talents.

Help with a Special Event

Event planning committees play an important role in the success of our fundraising events. From hosting a table at our signature fundraiser to encouraging local businesses to donate auction items or place advertisements in the evening program, joining an event committee is a great way to show your support of Greenwich Hospital. Greenwich Hospital Office of Development hosts one major event each year. Benefit 2020, to benefit Neuroscience, Pediatrics and Women’s Health at Greenwich Hospital has been cancelled.

Become a Hospital Volunteer

Greenwich Hospital volunteers are a wonderfully diverse group of retirees, professionals, men, women and students from Connecticut and New York. Volunteers make a real difference in the lives of patients and their families. To learn more about becoming a volunteer at the hospital, contact the Greenwich Hospital Auxiliary.

Join the GH Women’s Health Initiative Advisory Board

The Greenwich Hospital Women’s Health Initiative Advisory Board was established in coordination with Greenwich Hospital Office of Development in 2005 to provide health education for women and their families.

The Board is comprised of community members who produce health lectures on topics with broad appeal. Lectures are held twice a year and are designed to address questions that arise when seeking informed decisions about lifestyle choices, disease prevention or medical treatment for an array of conditions.

Over the past years speakers have included Mehmet Oz, MD, on heart disease; Gail Saltz, MD, on sexuality during perimenopause, menopause and post menopause; Woodson Merrell, MD, on Integrative Medicine; Herbert Benson, MD, on the Relaxation Response and how to counteract the harmful effects of stress; and Dale Atkins, PhD, on “5 Sanity Savers”. In 2018, the Women’s Health Initiative sponsored a child and adolescent lecture series with topics on adolescent depression, irritability and aggression and anxiety with guest speakers from the Yale Child Study Center.  To learn more about joining the Women’s Health Initiative Advisory Board, contact .
