Monday, November 19
5 pm (rain or shine)
During this special holiday season, you are invited to a time of remembrance to honor the life of a loved one. Greenwich Hospital’s Tree of Light celebration will illuminate the night in a nondenominational community tree-lighting ceremony filled with warmth and reflection.
This event will feature readings, music and a sparkling evergreen tree with hundreds of lights representing the lives of those we continue to hold dear.
The ceremony takes place Monday, Nov. 19 at 5 pm at the hospital’s Noble Conference Center. Tree lighting follows on the Sanna and Victor Borge Terrace.
Previously, donations to the Tree of Light celebration were designated to our hospice program. While Greenwich Hospital continues to provide compassionate end of life and chronic care through our Palliative Care program, hospice patients are now being cared for by our community partners who specialize in this service.
This year, donations to the Tree of Light will be directed to our Palliative Care Program. Should you wish to make a donation in memory or honor of a loved one, a special physician or nurse, please donate here.
Please accept our best wishes for a healthy holiday season.
