On March 30th, National Doctors’ Day, we extended our thanks to every doctor in our community whose talents and gifts have touched our lives. In these unprecedented times, we honor all of our doctors and staff and ask you to contribute to our greatly needed COVID-19 Support Funds.
We are touched by the outpouring of generosity over the last couple of weeks. Here are two reflections from our community members:
“As this pandemic unfolds, we will never again take for granted something as essential as a strong, well-prepared local hospital. When we heard that Greenwich Hospital had established an emergency fund for capital expenses (equipment, PPE, etc.) and another for operational expenses, it felt urgent to answer that call with a donation. For all they’re doing for us, it’s the least we can do for them.” Eryn and Michael Bingle
“I feel very fortunate to be in a position to support our country in times of natural disasters. With the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, I knew I needed to help. News reports of the numbers of much-needed medical supplies were staggering. I contacted Greenwich Hospital to inquire about what assistance they needed to help alleviate the disastrous shortage of supplies. I decided to invest in the COVID-19 Support Fund with the hope that they will be able to save lives. I am also hopeful my donation serves as an inspiration to the many other Greenwich Hospital supporters and that they will also contribute during this time of extreme need.”Gordon Oppenheimer
In recognition of Greenwich Hospital’s doctors, please support their work at this time. All gifts must be made online.
